Spread the cost of essential care
Examinations, hygienist visits and routine X-rays of back teeth, in equal monthly payments.
10% off treatment
Including fillings, crowns, bridges and dentures, and any other work needing a dental technician.
Small X-rays included
All small in-mouth X-rays are included.
Prescriptions included
Five-day courses of antibiotics in tablet form.
Free emergency consultations
At Hoburne Dental Practice. A fee is charged for any treatment that is then needed.
UK out-of-hours call-out cover
Most treatment costs and the call-out fee reimbursed; a £15 excess applies.
Worldwide emergency cover
In case of a dental problem while you are away from home.
Trauma and accident cover
Accidental damage to teeth is covered.
How it works
Joining is simple.
Your first visit
Book a new patient consultation. We examine your teeth and complete any treatment you need.
We work out your plan
We add up the cost of your year's essential care (examinations, hygiene visits and two small X-rays) and divide it by twelve.
Pay monthly, save on treatment
Equal payments by monthly Direct Debit, with 10% off treatment and emergency cover included.

Adult fee guide (April 2026) (PDF)Children
Two plans, with annual or six-monthly examinations. Children on the plan also receive 10% off treatment, and the highest-paying family member receives a further 10% off their monthly payment when a child under 18 joins.

Anyone from 18 until their 26th birthday is eligible for the student plan.

- You will be eligible to join one of the Hoburne Dental Plans once you are made dentally fit after the completion of your first treatment plan.
- Our plans are an "essentials" scheme where patients will in the long run pay less for their dentistry by way of discounted fees.
- Our plans do not cover the cost of all necessary dental treatment (such as fillings, crowns etc).
