Cookie policy
The cookies this website uses, why, and how to block or remove them.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your computer, tablet or phone. They let the website, or a service it uses, recognise your device on a later visit. Similar technologies work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.
Our approach
This website uses analytics cookies from Google Analytics, to understand how people use the site so we can improve it, and advertising cookies from Google Ads, to measure how well our adverts work and to show our adverts to people who have visited the site. These cookies are set when you visit the website.
You do not need cookies to read the website or send us an enquiry. You can block or delete them at any time, as explained below.
The cookies we use
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics | Gives your browser a random ID so that visits can be counted without identifying you. | 2 years |
_ga_36J2DRZJ5J | Google Analytics | Keeps track of your current visit (session) on this website. | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Links a visit to an advert you clicked, so we can tell whether our adverts lead to enquiries. | 90 days |
_gcl_aw, _gcl_gb | Google Ads | Stores the details of the advert click that brought you to the site. | 90 days |
IDE, test_cookie | Google (doubleclick.net) | Used by Google to show our adverts to people who have visited this website and to measure them. | Up to 13 months |
The website uses Google Tag Manager to load these services. Google Tag Manager does not set cookies itself. It also records which of our buttons are used, such as "Call" or "Book", and when an enquiry form is sent.
What Google collects
Google Analytics and Google Ads collect information such as the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (town or region, not your address), the website or advert you came from, and whether you went on to send an enquiry. We do not send Google your name, contact details or anything you type into our forms.
Google processes this information and may store it in the United States. Our privacy policy explains how such transfers are protected. You can read more in how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and control the adverts Google shows you at My Ad Center.
Blocking or removing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Your browser's help pages explain how:
To stop Google Analytics on every website you visit, you can install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. To turn off personalised adverts from Google, use My Ad Center.
Other websites
Some links on this website take you to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram or the CQC. Those sites may set their own cookies once you are there. Please check their cookie policies.
Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top.
