We are delighted to receive Implant referrals from fellow professionals. If you wish to refer a patient to Hoburne Dental Practice please use the following form or alternatively you can simply write to us.
We are able to take referrals for dental implants, extractions, restorative dentistry and hygienist treatment. You will be kept up to date with treatment as it progresses.
The patient will only receive treatment for the condition for which they have been referred and they will be returned to your practice for their continuing care. Please note that any periodontal disease or occlusal problems diagnosed in patients referred for implant treatment will need to be addressed prior to implant surgery.
