When you’re in pain, you need a team you can trust — and you need them fast. Hoburne Dental Practice has been serving the Christchurch community for over 35 years, delivering high-quality private dental care from our state-of-the-art six-surgery practice in Highcliffe.
Our dentists bring an exceptional depth of training to every appointment. Amy Bray graduated top of her class at Bristol and holds a postgraduate certificate in Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics from King’s College London, awarded with distinction. Matthew Leadbitter brings a rare academic pedigree — a PhD in Cancer Genetics from Cardiff, followed by a Diploma in Restorative Dentistry from the Eastman Dental Hospital, also with distinction. Joanna Dorsett similarly achieved distinction in her postgraduate certificate from UCL Eastman, having graduated with a distinction in Restorative Dentistry at undergraduate level too. Sophie Reynolds rounded out her Biochemistry degree from Birmingham with postgraduate dental training at the University of Central Lancashire, and has since completed advanced courses in restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Our principal dentist spent five years as a hospital Oral Surgeon across the South West before entering general practice, bringing specialist surgical skills that are rarely found outside a hospital setting. He is a Fellow of both the CGDent and RCS.
Backed by advanced in-house technology including a CBCT 3D scanner, digital X-rays, and iTero digital imaging, we can accurately diagnose your emergency and provide precisely planned treatment without the delays of a hospital referral, in most cases.
